20 days baby not much active
Our baby is born 20 days back. From yesterday onwards she is not that active and mostly sleeping. We are feeding her milk every 2 hours and she had motion too. But usually she will be active with her eyes opening and see/ listen to us for sometime. But now she seems dull. We checked the temperature it's around 97°. Could you please tell us what is the reason for this behaviour.

She looks like she is feeling cold(97 degrees). She is also very small now. She will be more active when she grows bigger as neonates sleep for most part of the day( about22 hours) Also see to it that she is feeding appropriately . Around 10 min per feed . She should pass urine around 6-7 times a day . That’s a marker of good feeding
