2 year old Bump head lump

Asked for Female, 28 Years

My so turns 2 next month and today he hit his head right on the middle of his forehead. He has a bump and a line right down the middle. He never cries, his pupils were fine and he continued playing. After about a hour i notices behind his ear was really red. Is there a coincidence or is it because of him hitting his head?
