2 Failed IUI
Hi,
In December 2019 I underwent lapro hysteroscopy and right ovary drilling, laproscopy findings endometrial cyst 2.5cm which was removed from left ovary, both tubes patent. After that Jan Feb and march ovulation induction( follicle size varied from 20mm to 26mm, endometrial thickness 10mm)and Timed intercourse yet no success.
May we did iui with ovulation induction and trigger shotJune double iui,( follicle size 22mm to 26mm endometrial thickness 12mm) no success. My husband semen report is also very good.
My amh is 1.36 as of March 2020,
last year(2019 jan) it was 3.5.
During 2nd day scan gf ranges from 4-5Left ovary 5-7 in right ovary
My query is should I go with ivf this cycle, or take a break and try next cycle.. I want to know what might me going wrong, I am taking nutricell capsule from last two months along with folic acid suplement
height 5 feet, weight 53kg..plz guide me..

You can take break and can go for ivf in next cycle,.
In this cycle you avoid stress, keep regular relationship, continue folic acid,and try naturally you may get success.

Dear Practo user, just because you have had ovarian drilling and surgery, your AMH has decreased. Hence surgery is never a good idea for those planning to conceive. It is better to take a break this cycle since you have had ovarian stimulation in June. You can go for IVF in July. For more help, you can consult me on Docon.

Please Go for IVF without delay
There are 2 reasons
1. Your AMH is low
2. You have history of endometriosis which has better conception rates with IVF as compared to IUI

Hi. Due to endometriotic cyst there can bedelay in conception . You can try one cycle naturally and then go for IVF .
