Dear doctor,
I was on Vit D3 & Vit B12 suppliment, took the 1st shot of covishield 6 days back and had fever, body pain for 2 days , Can i continue my suppliments ? Now.
I use to workout (gym) stopped due to vaccine. After how many days of vaccine should I start my workout ?
