At this age,the number of motions is not important, which may vary from 10-12 per day OR passing a motion after 3-4 days. What's important is the consistency of stools, which should be soft and formed. If baby's active physically and feeding normally, without vomiting or abdominal distension,RELAX. Just ensure breastfeeding at a gap of atleast 2 to 2-1/2 hours, and maintain strict hygiene. Do NOT give any medicine.
