19mm stone is in left side kidney
I am 36 year old.Last week I had undergone kidney stone removal surgery of 7mm stone got stucked in urator.Its removed now.In the CT scan report,it shows that there is one more stone present in left kidney with size of 19mm.Can this be removed by shock wave treatment.or please suggest by which process 19 mm stone can be removed? please help me.

Yaa, opposite side surgery, what procedure was done? For 19 mm stone,  we can go for mini PCNL,which gives complete stone clearance with minimal injury to kindeny.

Ideally miniperc PCNL would be a better choice. It's depends on the treating philosophy of your Urologist, PCNL, RIRS or shock wave lithotripsy, all can be done in your case .
