17 month baby walking in toe some time.

Hello dr my 17 month baby girl walk normaly but. When walking she just curv her right leg and also walk on toe from left leg some time. Is that ok ok or somethink serious. Its happen from 10 days. Before that she is fine and walk normaly. She drops many times. So i am worried is that every thinknis ok or not. She has ni pain in leg. Please suggest i m very concern about her please suggest me please.
