Hi ...the dose of thyroid tablet depends on the weight of the baby and also on the level of TSH ...but generally higher doses are needed in new borns as it is needed for brain growth ...dose can be adjusted by checking the TSH after a month
Try giving plenty of fluids to encourage urination. As per appetite, toddlers are fussy eaters and go through phases when they eat well and phases when they don't. Try giving him variety and colorful foods. Make meal times interesting with stories and play, nothing too rough though.
