I am 21years old and had checked my BP which is 159/90 .So is this normal or should I consult a doctor and can it be lowered by maintaining a hygienic diet and doing exercises? Please help me I am afraid to take tablets like old people everyday.

2)Do exercise regularly and maintain a healthy weight.
3)Try to quit smoking and limiting the amount of alcohol you drink.
4)Do meditation regularly to reduce stress.
5) Measure blood pressure at home.
