15 weeks pregnant -little Bleeding night

Hello, i have been 3 months pregnant and never got any bleeding during my last 3 months . I have entered 15 weeks pregnant -little Bleeding with a small clot happened last night. Called my gynae she asked me to take duphaston 10 mg , i took it and since then I do not have any bleeding Just want to ask if my baby is fine and it's normal to have this much bleeding in the 4th month? Also just an FYI I'm having low line placenta as per NB/NT scan. Should I worry about anything at this moment? Is my baby safe?
