15 months baby fever
My son (15 months, wt - 10 kg) is having armpit temperature of 101°C. I have given 2.5 ml of Pacimol 250mg/5ml at around 2o'clock afternoon and again at 8 o'clock also but still temperature is not going down. He is in a playful mode. Please advise.

If baby is playful in between the fever, its advisable to wait and continue paracetamol for further 2 days. Is there any other problem like cough, cold, loose stools or vomiting?
Next Steps
if fever persists for more than 72 hours, child is lethargic in between fever, any new symptoms then consult again
