103f and headache
Hi,
My brother is feeling sick for the last 3 days, his body temp is at 104f with headache. He is also feeling chills in the morning and evening.
We got his Covid Test and is negative. Widal and Malaria are also negative. But in CBC report platelet count has come down to 145000.
Can you please help how to proceed on this.
Attached is the test report for CBC.

Tab Lariago DS 2 stat with milk, 1 after 6 hours and 1 twice a day for next 2 days.
Cap Raciper D 1 BD empty stomach for 3 days
Cap Doxycycline 100 mg BD for 5 days.
Tab Meftal forte 1 as required for fever/ bodyache/headache.
Next Steps
IgM Dengue, Dengue NS1, Malaria Antigen.
Liver function tests , IGM leptospirosis.
Health Tips
Plenty of fruit juices( if non Diabetec) and water .

His Platelets count is getting low also his leukocytes are low which is S/o dengue fever. Nevertheless you should het tested for Dengue ASAP and start its treatment
