  4. 100 fever today. Sugar and heart issue.

Hello, My father in law got 100 fever today. He stay in orrisa where temperature high now a days. Should we go for covid treatment or wait and see if he gets fever again. He doesn't have cough till now. Is this sunstroke or covid. We are confused. Please help. He have sugar and heart issue.

Considering he has sugar and heart issue, please don’t start any medication without consulting a doctor. Second get an RT-PCR test done, no doctor can rule out COVID without a test at this point. Hydrate him well and consult a doctor on priority.
