My baby 10 months old having constipation...and kidney hydronephrosis also...right & left kidney...so it is a major problem...?...and gaven for syrup for constipation empty stomach 7ml & smuth syrup 7 ml...2month xourseand for kidney gaven syrup septran 2ml...for one year course...any side effects...?

Constipation has nothing to do with these meds.
Give 4 solid meals and just 2 milk feeds.
Add high fiber items such as cornflakes in the diet daily.
