1 YR OLD, DIARRHEA, DIAPER RASH 4TH DAY

MY 1 YR OLD HAS HAD DIARRHEA GOING ON DAY 4 NOW. HE IS TEETHING, IN THE PAST WHEN A TOOTH HAS COME THROUGH HE GETS SICK. BOTH OF HIS TOP 1ST BICUSPIDS ARE COMING TROUGH. HE NORMALLY GET A YEAST INFECTION, FEVER AND DIARRHEA WHEN A TOOTH COMES THROUGH. MY QUESTION IS, SHOULD I TAKE HIM TO SEE HIS DOCTOR FOR HAVING DIARRHEA SO MANY DAYS?
