Hello. Refrain from using nebuliser at home. Cold does not warrant a nebulisation. For a one year old child you need to use normal saline nasal drops 2 drops b/l nostril 4-6 hourly to reduce blockage. No over the counter medication for a child this young is recommended.
Next Steps
Steam inhalation thrice daily
Health Tips
Keep the surroundings clean, common cold subsides over 4-5 days.
