1 year old not pooping everyday
Hello Doc,
I have a 1 year old daughter and she is not pooping properly. Sometimes she poops like pebbles and next day proper poop and then gap of 2 days. Earlier she used to poop daily. She eats everything. We give her Vit D, Iron and she take cow milk. She took some medicine like antibiotics, cough and cold and she after that only I noticed her poop changes.

Dear guardian, it could be due to medication, but at this age you need to add complimentry food in your child’s diet, like dalia, khichdi with lots of veggies and reduce the consumption of cow milk.

Hello, include fibre rich foods, fruits and vegetables in her diet, maintain hydration. Reduce intake of cow milk.
