1) Pain in Upper Back and Ribs
1) Pain in Upper Back and Ribs, not able turn around once laid down. Lower Back get stretched and pain continuously. 2) Major Pain in left Hip joint, even if I press little at Right Side of lower back pain gets start at left Hip joint (pain is there from last 12 years) 3) Neck Pain 4) Pain in niece of Ear 5) One Side of Nose always Blocked, able to take breath from one side of nose only **Because of the all above issues my energy level decrease from 100 to 20 %

Try taking otc pain medication. Get your vitamin d and b12 levels as you may be having a deficiency which is causing the pain and low energy levels Consult an ent specialist for nose and ear related problems

The back and neck pains are not major need to get X-rays Vit D3 Vit B12 done and manage accordingly with medication and physiotherapy The Nose problem is due to DNS deviated nasal septum need to show an ENT surgeon who if severe may advise a surgery The same ENT Surgeon can have a look at the Ear problem also
