Hi,
Some times i feel very alone. I feel that i need counseling it feels like i am not free i am bounded. There are some habits which i need to change but i am afraid to going for counseling and choosing a counseler.
Most of the time i will take decision very quick because of confusion.

There is no problem ever so difficult whuch human mind is incompetent to solve. But sometimes we get bogged down by just a part or aspect or face of an indepth problem. counselling / psychotherapy is a kind of assistance which helps in aquiring the skill of problem solving and keeping similar or other psychological challenges well within control.
It is not a magic pill and wonders happen but not in a day. It requires involvement and efforts in ur part as well. Feel free to consult ur problems in person. Any psychiatrist or a psychologist can be visited whom u think can help u.
