Hi, Some times i feel  very alone. I feel that i need counseling it feels like i am not free i am bounded. There are some habits which i need to change but i am afraid to going for counseling and choosing a counseler. Most of the time i will take decision very quick because of confusion.

hi there i have read about ur problem and i understand what u mean. There is no problem ever so difficult whuch human mind is incompetent to solve.
