Dietitian Shail Yadav, is very patient in the beginning to collect all our ailment details, lifestyle details and came out with a nice diet / lifestyle plan, where I was able to adapt to it easily and able to reduce 8-9 kgs in 1.5 months. Since I am overweight, her plan helped me to reduce faster and easier. The diet she gives is sustainable and adaptable by anyone easily and I could really feel the reduction in weight and that gives a positive reinforcement to reduce more.
