My experience was very disappointing. After my consultation, the staff was reluctant to share my medical reports and provided the invoice only after repeated follow-ups through calls. The report was delayed with various lame and silly excuses, and I had to insist strongly to finally receive it. Dr. Preethi Mrinalini K is highly experienced and took the time to listen carefully. She asked relevant questions, examined me thoroughly, and clearly explained my condition and treatment. The staff were well trained, the clinic was well maintained, and the wait time was reasonable with informative content to watch while waiting.
