Informing a time & later changing it. Making people wait for long hours for personal & other surgery reasons is not fair. The people who visits also a patient who can't sit for long hours. Way of talking with patient's and the person who comes along with them needs to be changed by doctor. Doctor needs to be worked on many areas.
