I would like to express my deepest gratitude to my wonderful Dr. Supritha Rangaswamy, for guiding me through one of the most emotional and challenging journeys of my life and helping bring my beautiful baby boy safely into this world. My pregnancy began with the news that I was carrying twins, which was both incredibly joyful and high risk. I started consulting Dr. Supritha during the second trimester of my pregnancy. Despite the complexity and risks involved in taking over a high-risk twin pregnancy midway, she welcomed me with open arms. In today’s times, it is rare to find a doctor who is willing to take on such responsibility with so much compassion and confidence and that moment itself gave me immense reassurance. From early on, one of my twins had significant blood flow restrictions, which made the pregnancy even more delicate. Dr. Supritha monitored the situation closely and supported me through every step with remarkable care and calmness. Unfortunately, during this journey, I lost one of my twins, a moment of deep heartbreak that is difficult to put into words. During that painful phase, Dr. Supritha stood by me not just as a doctor but as a pillar of strength. She helped me navigate the grief while continuing to do everything possible to protect and nurture my surviving baby. Thanks to her expertise, constant monitoring and thoughtful medical decisions, my baby continued to grow safely. I eventually delivered a healthy baby boy at 34 weeks. Although he was preterm, Dr. Supritha’s exceptional guidance ensured that he was strong and stable. To my immense relief and gratitude, my baby did not require NICU care and we were able to go home just three days after delivery. What truly sets Dr. Supritha apart is not only her medical expertise but the extraordinary kindness and humanity she brings to her patients. Throughout my pregnancy, the encouragement, reassurance and positivity she offered meant the world to me. Even during moments of fear or despair, a small pep talk from her would instantly uplift my spirits and give me the strength to keep going.\n\nI have never felt this comfortable with a doctor before. Being under her care often felt less like a formal medical relationship and more like being supported by a caring sister. The warmth, patience and genuine affection she shows her patients are truly rare and deeply comforting. Dr. Supritha, thank you for standing by me through every step of this journey the hope, the heartbreak and the joy. You helped bring my precious baby safely into my arms and that is something I will carry in my heart forever. I will always remain deeply grateful for your dedication, compassion and incredible care.
