I visited the doctor, after having recommended by my fellow colleagues for evaluation of my ailment.
The doctor was so very approachable and friendly, putting you at ease with almost no waiting time (probably since I was a doctor myself) but I had heard similar stories from my patients. He patiently listened to the history of my presenting illness, went through all my records (done outside and at Apollo earlier) and examined me thoroughly causing me no discomfort. He then explained in detail to me the nature of my illness and said that that it was not of any grave concern and prescribed me a single medication for the ailment.
I was asked to repeat certain basic investigations after three months. All through our conversations he was very polite and never in a hurry.
I felt extremely comfortable with him and would certainly recommend him to all my friends and patients with genitourinary problems.
Kudos to this medical personnel and I wish him all success in his career. Dr. Viswanathan.
