Why would i have to wait for almost more than an hour. I have booked an appointment one day before just because I don't want to wait for a long time. Besides, booking an appointment for a specific time I had to wait for more than an hour. I understand waiting for 5 or 10 minutes but, waiting for more than hour is unacceptable.

The doctor listens to the patients problems and grasps the problem quite fast and suggests course of action. The clinic is spic and span and the ortho dept is very good. The front receptionists are kind and courtious. I give full points to the doctor. Only one point I would like to make is, though the time was fixed as 7 pm in online booking, the clinic has a system of token distribution, so it is better to go early to the clinic. Rgds n suresh
