Happy with: Explanation of the health issueDoctor friendliness
Very simple question and my answer in few words and he knew my problem . His explanation about the problem in simple language which makes it easy even for a layman to understand. Felt very happy and relieved after my visit and he didn’t ask me for any unnecessary investigations to diaognise my artharitis in my knee and back . It is a pleasure to take treatment from Dr. Madhu Thottapilli after visiting specialists in Corporate Hospitals. May God bless him for his service helping people recover without expensive treatment.
Happy with: Explanation of the health issueDoctor friendliness
Was my first visit. The doctor was a good listener to my explanations. He explained in detail with subtlety about the cause of my issue. Has asked me to come back by Monday after a week of complete rest.
The facility accepts card payments for consultation, but not for the medicines. Though, I got my medicine on a gracious condition to pay during my next visit this Monday.
Its too early for me to comment on treatment expenses. Hopefully the bills would not harm me more than my injury ;) Anyway shall update next time on this! Looks like a good to go place for even non-sports people too.
I visited Dr. Madhu around March 2015 regarding my lower-back problem that has been persisting for years. I had been to a different Ortho and then to Rheumatologist (cos of family history) and was confused! He reviewed my history, reports and physically examined me and comforted that mine is a problem that can be solved through physio exercises. After this he referred to Mr. Nideesh, physio in his clinic.
Nideesh also examined and inquired a lot on discomforts I am facing and accordingly suggested few exercises. I had 2-3 visits and during one of the visits in April he also did some massaging to the pain points. In the last 4 months I am feeling better. I followed up with a recently this week to for a review and learnt couple more strengthening / stretching exercises. Overall I have had a very good experience and would highly recommend. Thank you Dr. Madhu and Mr. Nideesh!
I went there for a knee pain. The treatment is still on, and believe i will recover soon. But the 1st experience with the clinic made me feel so pissed off. It is because of the fact that they don't accept cards. The woman sitting in reception tells a story that they are unable to give change for those who pay by cash. In Current situation no body prefers paying by cash. Further they can insist those who pay by cash to have change, why everyone. My suspect is that they are trying to ignore taxes. And knowing that I have knee pain, that female made me walk every corner of the road.
With respect to doctor's treatment, will update once I get cured from this ailment!
