I was in a very bad emotionalnal state before the councelling session. I had a complete 1 hour session which was more of discussion and he was able to pick the odds and gave a lot of insight about my problem which I felt really really helpful and useful for my current emotional state. Thank u sir.

I found talking to Suresh to be a helpful and exploratory experience. He helped me open up about the dilemmas I have been facing. I found myself saying out loud the things I was going through in way that helped me understand them better than I did before. He helped me approach my challenges from different sides, and also helped me brainstorm, and explore new ways in which I could handle them. we had some arguments about optimism, but I definitely felt slightly hopeful after the session.
