I greatly regret that I had chosen to undergo laser treatment for permanent hair removal from Spring Med Spa.
I had paid the entire amount for the treatment but every time I approached them they would inform me that the machine was not available or that it was not in working condition.
Also, for the previous session, on travelling all the way to the clinic, they informed me that the machine was not working and that they had sent a message informing me that my session was on 23rd January and not 23rd December . But I had not received any such message informing me of the same.
If I hadn't paid for the entire session , I would have preferred to undergo treatment elsewhere where session wise charges are taken and the treatment is done on time.
