I had gone through depression after the first lockdown of 2020, which is more of like postpartum depression since I was new mom that time... I was seriously affected which made me think of ending my life... then came to Dr.Dinesh, who recovered me completely from the various mind blocks after which I was leading a good healthy life... Then again after one year time I had to face a very stormy marital life which made me again into a bad mental state of Anxiety and Psychosomatic disorder.... Of which Psychosomatic problem created very bad blisters and breakouts with bleeding in my both hand palms.... Then again after visiting many skin specialist doctors for about 6 months without knowing its related to Psychological issue and without any improvement in my health state again I approached Dr.Dinesh for help... Then things started to change in a better way... He asked me to come to sessions along with my husband and be gave the best explanations for the pain that we go through in a very understanding detailed scientific manner... He adds an important point that only Knowledge about the issue will make us come out of it faster.... He explains all the issues I had and gave mind calming exercise to calm my mind and body.... Hence after two weeks of regular session I am feeling much much better than myself compared to the previous days and months....Now myself and my husband feel very celar in our thoughts and actions...We both feel much better and could see lot of good changes internally and externally... I visited the doctor for my child’s behaviour and tantrums. He helped us understand it’s actually not a problem with the child, we can improve the child behaviour with better parenting and rewarding tactics.

The doctor took a lot of time to explain how we should engage the child both physically and mentally. He also explained us how to control tantrums and not to expose him to many gadgets and too many toys. Rather provide these in limited amount by rewarding them for good behaviour. We also need to practice not reacting to their tantrums and just ignore them during that time, later talk to them help them understand what will work and what will not.

With the modern lifestyle with both parents working, something we forget is engaging the children. Draining the energy through physical activities in children is very important, while developing thinking capabilities through effective engagement. Buying all toys and satisfying all asks is possible but are they physically and mentally engaged is something that we should think about .

I am Arun; with hesitation and open-mindedness approached DR. Dinesh for my professional development on the heavy load work management process and my approach towards my Superior.

Low confidence in some cases and achieving my goals.

In the first session, close to one hour, Dr. Dinesh asked many questions about my difficulties and goal achievement process. He concluded that I have mild symptoms of Anxiety and some improvement is needed in my work environment. The session lasted 2.5 hrs. and suggested having Mind comic therapy, breathing practice, and understanding the life and professional development process.

He asked me to have 3 -sessions first and, based on output and changes in the mind and body, continue to 9-sessions.

I have attended all the 9-sessions continuously without any breaks and learned a lot on the following topics .All sessions went up to 2 to 2.5hrs combination of Mind comic Therapy and daily 1-3 topics discussions.
