My visit with Dr. Vidya for physiotherapy treatment of lumbar spine pain was excellent. She was very patient, attentive, and clearly explained the treatment plan, which made me feel comfortable and confident. Dr. Vidya is conscientious and has a pleasing character. While the clinic facilities are basic and could be improved with better physio beds, AC, and more personalized care like hot towels and bed sterilization, I would still recommend her. The treatment results may take some time, but overall, I had a positive experience.
