If you ever feel like you’d be judged and looked as if you have an illness that is sickening, trust me this is not the place. Sahana makes you feel too comfortable, those thoughts would never come back to you. I very recently started and i cannot tell you with one session i felt like by the end of this i’ll be the happiest person not just to the world but to me as well. She gives you so much faith and trust you cannot get enough of it. You would end up getting emotionally attached to her for the beautiful person that she is. The few sessions have really helped me a lot and i wouldn’t think twice to recommend it to another. She does her work so professionally yet friendly that it actually creates an impact on you. All i have to say is THIS IS THE PLACE YOU HAVE TO BE. You’ll love the session, her and yourself too and I’m confident enough to be saying that :)

First time I visited this doctor through my friend. Trust me her counseling towards my problem was so caring ! I would definitely recommend dr Sahana for the patients staying in Anna nagar.

I would say Dr. Sahana is one of the best counselor in Chennai. She was so friendly and patiently listened to all what i have to say. Her therapies works really well. She is one modern counselor was able to understand present generation. I walked out with such a great relief.

Almost after 6 psychologist , Dr. Sahana is the best one to cure my mental pressure. I was under a huge stress because of my work and family issues. I couldn't come out of it, but dr sahana made me realize what life is all about and how should I deal with it by caring words for a very reasonable fees .. The place is clean and well maintained . Doctor Sahana is very much understanding and clear. Her solutions to the problem is best and i felt very comfortable.
