I chose Rootz ,Thoraipakkam, last month, for re-fixing my old crown for a tooth temporarily. Induced by their warmth and professionalism, I visited them again for a new and permanent crown with root canal treatment.
The whole procedure was smoothly coordinated by Dr. Ramani with utmost efficiency, care and attention. The RCT(laser) was done by Dr.Rajith. The whole process was like a breeze.
My subsequent sittings were managed by Dr Ramani, whose expertise,experience and sincerity in making the patient comfortable is worth a mention.
Right from the front office Ms. Bhuvaneswari, who meticulously follows up with reminder calls and all other staff assising the procedure deserve appreciation.

I recently visited Rootz Dental due to a broken tooth & was advised laser re-RCT with a post & a new crown. Dr Rajith did the laser re-RCT & post & the crown procedure was done by his team with his oversight. I was worried about the pain associated with RCT but the full procedure was explained to me & was painless when it was performed. There was minor postoperative pain for 1-2 days but I was already cautioned about it & given pain killers which were adequate.

-X-Rays & digital scans are shown on a laptop then & there & the issues explained, together with a detailed treatment plan and costs.
-Friendly doctors and staff with transparency in costs, timelines, procedures
-Follow up calls after the procedure to check wellbeing & reminder calls
-Clean and modern equipment and comfortable waiting area
