Doctor was kind and listened patiently.
One of the staff in the front desk was not friendly. The lab technician who took X-ray and collected blood samples was good. But the other staff behaved rudely.
Pl instruct him & train him to handle the patients politely.
This is not a complaint to take action against him but to instruct him to handle properly.
