Hoped for better: Treatment satisfaction
I did not have a good experience with Dr. Ramya. Though she was kind and explained the treatment well ** *** *** ***** **** *** ********* ** *** *********. She always prefers giving the job to the trainee ****** ****** *** **** ** * **** *** **** *** ***** *** ******** I got my RCT last few steps redone 4 times including filling and replacement of the crown. The fillings were *** ** **** ******* *** kept falling apart along with the crown. However Dr. Ramya was kind and patient enough to give replacements which I feel could have been avoided if it had been done ******* *** meticulously the first time itself. She gave a replacement crown with warranty the final time. Which has also fallen apart along with the filling now after six months. Never going back to her

I would recommend the services of Ramya Dental care as I did find all Doctors involved in the treatment quite experienced and concerned in the patients well being. At every step a clear insight was given prior procedure and they were concerned that we are comfortable through the entire procedure as well. The pricing is as well reasonable.
