Dr Nivas was very friendly, kept us at ease and listened patiently to us. He explained to us in detail about the ailment and the treatment he is going to perform and also explained the time it will take to heal and also precautions we need to take. Handling the patient with all that smile even after hectic long day was the best part. He attended my daughter's sickness quite late in the evening, but he was quite receptive. He explained only the required details in order not to confuse the patients, who are generally anxious. That was good again. He handled it quite confidentially and it yielded the right results. Thanks to him for doing every aspect right during this treatment.
