I have been visiting halos from 2019 and it’s been a great journey from then . Dr. Prashanthi has been providing excellent care and has been helpful in addressing the concerns and providing solutions for my skin related problems.

Her approach is thorough and compassionate, making me feel heard and understood. I appreciate the doctor's dedication to providing the best care for their patients and would highly recommend her to anyone seeking a skilled and caring Dermatologist.

I had taken my aunt to Dr.Prasanthi to treat the skin blackening in her foot. Consulted couple of doctors but no one gave proper explanation of the issue or next course of action. Dr.Prasanthi gave such a detailed explanation of why this is happening which was actually a vascular problem and also instructed home remedies that tackle the issue. Such a patient doctor. Never hesitates to answer how many ever questions you ask her. Would definitely recommend her to everyone!

Also junior doctor Shilpa was extremely great. She very patiently listened to all her issues (which is quite extensive), collected her history thoroughly and provided advise in a jolly good way. The only downside is the wait time. I had to wait for about 1.15hrs from the appointment time. But after the consultation wait time didn't bother me much.

I would like to share my experience during the consultation. Firstly, the doctor did not ask about my past medical history and started writing & ready with a prescription even before listening to my concerns.

They atmosphere was very calming and soothing. The doctors were very friendly and explained about the issue enquired all my concerns. I had the satisfaction of being heard. She explained everything beautifully and procedure was also good. This is my first visit, hope to visit again with all my problems being cleared.

Dr. G. Prashanti is a wonderful person and she patiently explained the issue, the nature of treatment she proposed to give and all information the patient needs to know.

The way she did the procedure with a very soft touch, care and concern is beyond words.

Actually I have oily skin and i used to have acne severely then I consulted prashanthi mam . She takes time and listens,understands the issue. after she told me to avoid some foods which causes acne and gave some medicines, then after few months I Slowly started to feel the improvements and changes on my face and my acne got cleared now I'm feeling better.so i highly recommend Dr.prashanthi.

I wanted to take a moment to thank you for the excellent Botox treatment I received. Her professionalism and caring approach made the entire process smooth and comfortable. I'm very pleased with the results and appreciate how she took the time to address all my questions and concerns as it was my first time.

Completely dissatisfied with the front office approach and doctor approach. We are visiting them several times and they suddenly increased the consultant fees and not informed in prior. Also we need to pay the consultant fees before meeting the doctor, earlier visits we have paid our consultant fees after meeting the doctor. It was a very bad experience this time. We don't suggest or visit this clinic in future.

The main Doctor is very skilful and a subject matter expert and she knows her job . She works on her patient in a meticulous way ensuring better results and satisfaction ..
