I visited Appollo Hospital, Chennai on 24/01/2026 regarding my prolapsed thrombosed hemmmorhoids problems. I consulted with Sir Dr. Sudeepta Kumar Swain. On being laid down two options - one is OPD process another is inpatient treatment by getting admitted in the Hospital. I opted for OPD process. After applying medecine prescribed by Sir Dr. Sudeepta Kumar Swain, I got a bit relief from the painful prolapsed thrombosed hemmmorhoids. Sir also advised me to undergo the pre surgical test like Endoscopy, blood test, urine test, ECG, X-ray etc. I did all the test. In the meantime, my urgent problems was unable to pass stools for one week i. e. from 22/01/2026 onwards. While undergoing Endoscopy, a pipe inserted through the anus and stool started coming. Stomach was emptied initially but later on again unable to pass stools . On my willing for non surgical treatment, Sir has done rubber banding ligation in the base of prolapsed thrombosed hemmmorhoids. Laxative for stool softener given even then it is hard to pass stools and my stomach get bloating and inflammed. The stools softener medicine was - Dex Luz syrup 15ml at bedtime. On next visit narrating the problems of inability to pass stools with this stool softener, dose increased by another 15ml. Even then this stool softener not working and Iam unable to pass stools feeling structure in the anal cavity.

Hence, I request you sir, kindly prescribed any alternative medicine of stools softener which is effective and act promptly.

I was not given an opportunity to explain my problems or ask questions. The doctor appeared rushed, uninterested, and did not listen, ******** ** ** ********** *** ******* ***** ******* ******* *** *******. **** **** ** ******** ** ************* ********** ** * ******* ******** ***** ******** ****** ***** ******** *** ******** ****** ************** *** ********** ***** ** *** ************ ************* *** ******* **** ******* I would not recommend this doctor.
