After multiple encounters with many other doctors, which I wasn't comfortable in city,(some literally judged) I came to know about Dr.Anupama through Practo and booked appointment. I wasn't sure about her either before the visit.. But surprisingly within first 10 minutes of time, I got very comfortable with her and shared my problems. Initially I restricted myself to communicate fewer issues but I have shared all the issues because she has practical suggestions. Though the scheduled time exceeds, she didn't end the session.

Very good listener. She helps to look at the issues out of the box. Very much motivating. I have to mention she ain't charging more. What got mentioned is asked to pay. Definitely worth the money!! Worth the visit!!!

After hypnotherapy my anger reduced.i started seeing things in positive manner. Anupama is really amazing human, sitting and talking to her will make us realize the mistake we did and also we will get a solution for the problem. she is down to earth human being. Anupama therapy room will give u relaxation and positive vipes. Anu does everything out of love and patience. Guys if anyone need some counselling or hypnotherapy trust me and meet anu you will betterment in your life.

Had a great experience when I approached Ms. Anupama with problems regarding stress management, anxiety and workplace conflict. She was very patient, explained the issue and solutions very well and displays empathy. Her suggestions were practical, taking into account the overall context. I experienced significant improvement over the course of multiple sessions with her. Thank you!

I was quite nervous when the session had started but felt myself getting really comfortable as the time went by. While opening up about my problems and listening to you I got an entirely new perception. I learnt to view life as a journey - a journey meant to be enjoyed without worrying about the destination. I understood that it's okay to make mistakes and face setbacks, as at the end of the day, they all make an intresting chapter in the story of life - a story which revolves around ourselves as the protagonist. The stories you told me taught me that the journey of life is not something that must be taken too seriously but is something that is meant to have fun with. I also realized that I can form intresting relationships and make amazing friends if I keep my doors open and allow myself to talk to people without holding back. Thank you ma'am for making me realize all of this. I had alot of fun yesterday and am really looking forward to talking to you again :)
