Going to IQU clinic for therapy was one of the best things that have happened in my life! I have anxiety and social issues which I was handling on my own, but situations led me to seek help from a professional. I'm learning the depth of my anxiety in a way that I can accept it. Now I'm focusing on learning the techniques and insights to deal with it in my everyday life. Ananthi mam and her team of therapists are very friendly and helpful, and their methods are really effective. I've been taking therapy and counselling here since November 2022. The initial few months were crucial to focus on the major issues and get counselling to adapt to my lifestyle. These have drastically improved my quality of life. I have formed good relationships with lots of people and I'm able to make good career decisions these days.

The best thing here is the constant encouragement and care. It makes you believe in yourself and be patient enough to make those changes as it takes time and effort to change patterns that you follow since childhood. They really know what they do and the results speak for themselves. I'm glad I could find these people who are guiding me to live a better life!

She seemed super talented with her dynamic approach on interacting with the individual(how to carry on with the conversation). During the interaction the flow of conversation was never disrupted.,, thanks to her top notch listening skills. She has her own way of asking the right questions to know the personality traits of the individual without offending or making the other person get triggered/feeling uncomfortable. Being a hyperactive person and speaking a lot would make anyone miss either in taking notes on what has been spoken or listening effectively. Thanks to her extraordinary memory power that she could balance both( listening completely & writing down everything) without missing. To be honest., I was in a prefixed state of mind that I'll be taking this session only for half an hour. But., due to experience in handling a complex personality like mine and making me comfortable., the session prolonged for one and half hour(Hoping I din bore her). For those who easily gets confused to decide the right person for the counseling., consider me as an example as I take more than 35 minutes on deciding what to choose or order in zepto. Finally., felt that she is a gem of a person. Kudos!

I met Dr. Ananthi for psychological issues. She listened patiently to all my queries and charted a therapy plan. For the past 6 month's I have been undergoing therapy under her. I go with lots of doubts and confusions and I get solutions for it and understanding. She gives activities that help us to get better in daily life. I found great improvement in my work, thoughts and my way of thinking in life. Thanks to Dr and her team for helping me to make myself better and hope that more people to become better.

Ananthi mam is a great listener and fantastic observer. At each stage, she understood my pace and provided therapy/counselling in different variety and intensity. She is non judgemental and full of patience and so is everyone in the clinic. They each are passionate with their responsibilities. I really love the way they treat their clients. It has been a life changing experience. After having been to many similar clinics without much avail, this is the last stop that has duly addressed my issues, focussing on a progressive sustainable transformation model in the longterm.

Im in particular happy with my therapist Dr.Ananthi, who has been consistently attending to me since the beginning and has taken utmost care to incorporate the necessary behavioural changes esp for someone at 39 years of age, who has had not much impact from a range of therapists in all these years. Her meticulous attention, due diligence, sincerety of care and utmost commitment to my well-being is what makes her stand apart. I am having specific OCD and social anxiety for long time. One point in time it’s aggravated and I reached situations where to isolate myself from social gatherings. When I searched for treatment for my issues I found iQu clinic through Practo and met Dr.Ananthi. She has listened my problems patiently and started therapy as required for my social anxiety.

Thanks to Dr. Ananthi and whole team for friendly approach, their support and therapy being provided for my issues. I not only felt comfortable with Dr but also with her co therapists who provides therapy in the same way how she does..I could see a good team of trained psychologists along with her..Seeing positive results in two months of therapy.

Now I have started handling myself better in social gathering and hope soon will get completely cured with the help of their whole team support.
