Doctor interaction with me and Explanation about the Problem and she was very friendly and gave positive impression.

**** **** ******* polite and patient to answer our queries and explain us the health issues and treatment.

But the receptionist and sisters working in the clinic needs training on time management as wait time is close to 3 hrs. No proper response will be given when asked about doctor after wait time of 2 hrs.

Highly recommended doctor but wait time needs improvement.

I would like to share my experience at Gunasekaran hospital in this forum. This hospital is quite well known and we personally know the place as I was born here. It was a maternity hospital then and now has grown into a centre for modern reproductive system under the leadership of Dr. Manulakshmi. Her professional expertise and personal care in the investigation procedures right from fertility treatment till delivery have been very good and to my satisfaction and comfort. This hospital has good hygiene standards, well equipped with modern facilities for emergency situations, good trained nurses, sincere doctors and support staff. I will recommend the services of Dr.Manu Lakshmi and the support staff at Gunasekaran Hospitals.

We have been consulting Dr. Lakshmi from gunasekaran hospital for two generations now. Mom delivered my sister there and I delivered my son there too. And now we consult Dr. Manu Lakshmi who is as good as Dr. Lakshmi. I have moved from Chennai , but I still consult these two very efficient doctors for all my issues.

Dr. Manu Lakshmi is very friendly and sweet. She understands and reads all the medical history of us and recommend treatments accordingly. We can ask her any doubts and she will surely calrify it. I had a laproscopy done last week and recovered fast. The only problem is that the waiting time is too much here. May be because lot of patients and doctors busy schedule.. I would definitely recommend her to everyone having infertility issues.

I had a normal delivery at Guna hospitals. Doctor is very friendly and positive. She also clarified all doubts over phone.

The only problem is in the new block, maintenance can be better for rooms. A geyser is very room is must for post delivery patients. Solar heater doesn't work at all. The cot width is not very comfortable for big patients . The lactation consultant doesn't come on time to guide. Infact I didn't know there was one !

The sisters who come on duty need to be more thoughtful. I was told about sits bath much later instead if they had suggested it in time I wouldn't have suffered with stitch pain .

Doctor is very good . Hospital system is in tact. If they improve the maintenance part it will be the best hospital !

My wife had undergone a successful fistula surgery in the month of August under Dr.Manu Lakhmi at Gunashekaran Hospital,T Nagar.A very friendly and personable doctor.Unfortunately can't say the same for the rude and rookie staff and nurses.She has complained of pain roughly 5 months after the surgery leading to an inconclusive consultation with the doctor and resulted in prescription of pain killers.Couple of days later the pain spiked developing into a cyst and had to be admitted into a different hospital.And had to go through surgery again to remove the pus build up.A timely suggestion of antibiotics would have done us a world of favour.Unfortunate though,we really liked the doctor.

At the clinic, oh they are all sweet people out there. All are so kind and friendly ---from the receptionist, all the nurses, attenders, to the ward boys and aayaas. They are all so lovely, helping with full of kindness, and care, even though we irritate them in our tension at times. We can go and recover back home without any fear with homely treatment.

Excellent treatment , Doctor with smiling face understand our problem and giving us good advice. I am proud to say I delivered my 3 kids in this hospital they are 26, 24 and 21 till today our family gets treatment in this hospital May God bless them for their services.

We had a good experience with Manu Lakshmi doctor. With utmost patience she heard all our concerns and suggested the worthy treatment as expected . She would try to maximize the treatment in a natural way always. Highly recommended doctor. Hope we get good results as expected through her guidance.
