sorry for the inconvenience caused for you . For your understanding of orthopedic surgeon life everyday i deal with lots emergency patients who met with an accident that day i had to attend 6 yr old baby with emergency surgery . i had to save the child thats the priority and elective appointment are getting delayed when we handle such incident . Second the pt who had an appointment at 5.45 was not the scheduled appointment they were without appointment waiting see us . my regular appointment starts at 7 only . i regret for delay but you understand there was a baby saved at your time we do work beyond time for empathy on patients . if your appointment get delayed i request pateints to understand there is a patient prior to you needs attention beyond their allotted time . thanks and have a good day sir
