Dr. Padam's Surgicare, Pallavaram

I have went for my first consultation in 2019 Jan to Dr. Padam Sir, due to severe stomach and throat burning sensation and blood in stools. I also had skin protruding my anus which was extreme painful as I was not even in a place to walk. Condition diagnosed after rectal examination is done. Doctor Sir said that I have Stage 2 internal/external haemorrhoids and anal fissure. This is very bad considering my age 27. I was so panic and my parents as well. Honestly I thought immediate surgery is needed for this problem. But doctor advised me that you have made it worse and if it continues then a surgery is needed like that. He explained clearly how bad the situation is and asked me to completely change my diet to Vegetarian and stop outside foods. He also gave a diet planning after hearing my work routine and prescribed medicines accordingly. Based on that I had to visit in regular time period to check the progress of it. He analyzed every time and gave me medicines to settle down and gradually as my condition improves he stopped medicines after 1 year. After recent consultation - March 2021, Now it’s been 2 years and I have never missed my routine checkups. I have now started including non-veg foods to my diet with help of Doctor Sir. Burning sensation to my stomach and throat has improved. Blood in stools 2yrs back it was like 5-7 times in a month and now it is reduced like 5-7 times in a year (based on 2020). Protruded skin is also good and settled inside now. As of now he said no surgery is needed and continue following his diet advices. At my personal experience, this one I'm writing with 2yrs of experience in approach with Doctor sir. At the end of my first consultation he said one strong advice "Be disciplined in your diet and food" and it was the rule number 1 that I followed sincerely. He made my diet in a healthy way and changed my lifestyle by suggesting the sleep time, work time and food timings. Am not in a place to speak about him but as everyone thinks about the Doctor's approach I would say Dr. Padam sir is so friendly and very easy to approach person. Always follow the golden rule: Believe him and follow his advices. Every single question you have in mind about your problem, kindly ask him and he will give you the direct answers to make you understand clearly. Thank you!

Well I just got the treatment for fistula which have been in the untreated condition for many years....I feared that operation might be serious....but when I met Dr.padam, he said everything is going to be alright in a positive way....he is so friendly and he is always available even after your surgery.....very supportive and I never felt him like a serious doctor....now I'm relaxed and I got relieved from my pain.....a special thanks for his patience in handling the patient and for his treatment...👍

Hi, I am Debajit. I would like share my experience with Dr. PADAM KUMAR Sir. He is friendly guy and way of explaining it was Great. Whenever I called he responded me. I Think that's the Great Quality of him. He makes us understand even my mom she doesn't know English and Hindi but She also understood. My mother she had a hernia in her stomach. Dr. PADAM Sir he did the surgery. She had been recovering very quickly. Now she is fine. She is very happy and satisfied. I want to Thank to Dr. PADAM Sir for everything.

My doctor is very friendly in nature. He became our family doctor . My whole family will consult him for both opinion as well as treatment. He had successfully done the major surgery for me and my nephew. We both were alright now . I could say that he is very nice human being . He also responds to phone call at all time.
