A word of appreciation

I am extremely delighted to give my feedback on my visit to Dr. Mitran's dental clinic as a patient ailing with severe toothache, on 21st June 2022. As I was severely suffering from toothache I could not speak and hence I noted down all my points in a paper and gave it to a team of doctors. I was surprised to see so many doctors in a clinic. They read the paper very patiently and discussed with me under the able stewardship of Dr. Sankar Ram Mithran M. D. S. Then they decided that extraction of tooth is the only way to stop my ache. So they consulted me under the captaincy of Dr. Mithran and when I said ok, one doctor took the job of extracting my tooth. She did it so excellently well, that I didn't feel any pain during the extraction. After half an hour, they discharged me with certain important instructions. To cap those all the doctor who extracted my tooth, on the 3rd day enquired me about my well-being our phone. This follow-up work, no other clinic is doing. It is the patient who has to visit the clinic or hospital for a review meeting. I wish Dr.Mithran, M. D. S. and his team well.

Actually, I'm not happy with anything that you have mentioned in the above, you may have trained staffs over your clinic,but as a patient what I need is to talk to doctor because I'm already in trauma of extraction of teeth, and the nursing staffs over there is not giving me a satisfying reply, I myself needed to ask what is the problem and all, they just look into my mouth for 2,3 seconds and just said that you need to remove as soon as possible, see this is not the right way of conveying to a patient like me. and I keep on asking questions like is there any other way then removing, or is that safe and how can you confirm that I have infectious tooth and also I'm in pain she didn't even consider it as a matter and asking me for the consultation fee which is a large amount for telling the solution which I already know. So please add nothing in the above list.

Had a very good time in the clinic, doctor had explained the complete process of the treatment in the first visit. Had given a detailed explaination of the treatment procedure. *** ********** ******** *** **** ********* *** *** ***** The doctors are very friendly and very less waiting time. I am very happy with the experience and I recommend this clinc for your dental problems.

The environment of the dental clinic is very friendly and very neat and tidy with good procedures they start the treatment also the xplanatn of the problem is nicely xplained to the paitent b4 proceeding and if overall we see it is better than other dental clinic which only demand high cost but not a satisfactory result....

I have been to many Dental Clinic since my childhood but have never seen such a good clinic and a well experienced doctor. I am really happy with my Zirconia Crowns as it was cost effective and absolutely perfect in terms of quality.

Till now I was thinking RCT will be more painful and therefore I used to go for extraction of teeth. After undergoing RCT here, what I was thinking is not correct. RCT is less painful compared to extraction of teeth. Unnecessarily I have already removed many of my teeth though doctors suggested RCT. Doctor is friendly here and clearly explains the dental problem and leave it to the patient to think and decide. In this hospital, since appointment is strictly followed, there is no waiting time.

It's nice to have treated from Mithran Dental clinic. Dr was good in explaining problem faced and very clear on treatment with specialist for the given task. Waiting period was nil and took hardly 10 minutes for tooth extraction without any pain felt.

I will come to remove my teeth. He will check and tell me another doctor will come and remove the teeth.but he cont tell the full payment of money jut pay 500rs advance. Then i will advance 500rs .then he will and tell me sir r u ready to come doctor is on the way and that time also i will ask im how much rs iwill pay he will tell me u come 2to hospital doctor will tell u the Payment- but he cant tell anything than he finish here work and ask me amount balance 2000rs so total amount 2500rs so this a worrest method for customer. Main thing is he cant remove the stitches also there is no calls also.
