******** ********* ** **** ********** *** wait time is very long and the clinic never follows appointments on time. I have seen doctor monitoring the waiting room through camera, but still many patients had to wait for 60-90 minutes to see the doctor. In a way it is understandable if there are many patients BUT In one particular incident, myself and other fellow patients were kept waiting because the doctor was speaking with none other than a practo representative. The doctor and also the practo representatives should be more considerate towards the patients and have such things apart from the clinic hours

Not sure how to say. I was really eager to visit this clinic looking at the positive feedbacks that I see in Practo. I went to the clinic a month ago and doctor explained the causes of hair fall and sounded positive on regaining lost hair. I was satisfied with his kindness and motivation for his patients visiting his clinic. I was prescribed tugain solution and rootz hair oil. But I feel the growth is not much as I have been using the prescribed medicine for a month now and clearly I feel the density of hair has decreased very badly. I thought it is my perception, but I got the same messages from my family and few of my friends very recently citing the decline they notice in hair growth. REALLY UPSET. Not sure what to do!

The response is very good. Quick and minimal wait time appointment system. The treatment is very good. I visited for skin allergy. Now I can see improvement in just two days. Doctor educated about the allergy and precautions to take very well. It was helpful. He clearly explained about the uses of prescribed medicines too. It built the confidence of getting rid of my skin problem. Totally I am very much satisfied

He is very friendly to all the patients. He explains the solutions for the issues we had very clearly. He explains the treatment methods and how many visit need to come the treatment in the understandable manner. Appointment system also very good. Overall i am very much satisfied for the result in very low cost and also i recommend to you all this is best solution centerbfor your problem.

I have visited Suganthan twice , first time was for hair fall and the second time was for skin related issue. In both instances he was very friendly and explained the issue in detail and also about the medicine *** ***** *** *** ********* *** **** I had good results in a month with very low cost medicines .

He is absolutely a polite person and his treatment towards my face to get it more fairness had worked out in a better way than I expected... thanks to the doctor for fast and safer results and I have no side effects at all. All his works are so much healthier and safe.. I wish to know about glutathione injections and its review from doctor cause I wish to start that treatment from him for whole body color transformation. And also about non surgical nose job Botox details.

Excellent doctor in chennai..he is very polite and genuine...open minded person...he is not important to money...only focus for patient health...then frankly said improvement level of his medicine...he dont lie for sales his medicine..realy glad to say he is very honest person...thank u sir...thanks for ur approching with patient...if u save money u will must visit to Mr.suganthan...

Pros:- Very Nice Experience... Clearly given guidelines and the treatment given is excellent

Cons:- I fix my appointment at 8:15 PM and i have gone there few minutes before the appointment time. But i supposed to met the doctor only at 9:10 PM... that really hurts... because i have to wait a long with my 1 and half year child... waiting for 10 to max 20 mins would be bearable.

Suggestions:- Please regulate the appointments.
