Hi, I took IFT/IPT treatment for my back pain. Taught exercise from day 4. Now I m completely alright and doing with regular exercise. I referred one of my friend she also gave good feedback. Having low back pain for no of years and it became serious with difficulty for regular walks everyday. Therapist Dr. Sudha was assigned to me two days back and she investigated/ identified my issues and taught me a few simple workouts .It really works and I find my back pain is getting improved.
