After 3.5 months from my shoulder surgery, I visited his clinic. He examined my shoulder and I had issues in Range of motion and in restoring the shoulder movements as well. I've had 165 degree Range Of Motion in Flexion. He made me achieve 180 degree in 4 visits. I was not able to visit him often, took 2 months gap. At that long gap, it was my 6th month since the surgery, the time he examined my shoulder I've had problems in shoulder blade and in performing external rotation. Therapist in the hospital, where I've undergone the surgery said that the range would be compromised and it's not good to go further to get back the external rotation. But I've always wanted to get back to sports and weight training. Dr. Mahesh is so good in identifying the troubles and focusing more on areas which will do the good. Mentally he prepared me about the progress in the next couple of days and weeks, so I was able to push myself together and I'm seeing the results now. External rotation has been improved well. It's my 7th month, hitting small weights (2,5KG), I could see the progress myself. If you're looking for a therapist, I'd suggest you to have a session. Now, I'm almost recovered, 90% I could say. I am 31 and suffering from knee problem for last 6 years. I have consulted a lot of doctors, even the best rated or tho doctor in chennai. Nothing worked. All diagnosed wrongly.

Mahesh sir diagnosed problem is with muscle tightness and muscle knots. And he is treating me with needle therapy, stretches, strengthening exercises for last 5 days and I am feeling 75 % relieved and certain that I will be 100% alright in a few more days. I am very satisfied with his way of explanation and treatment approach and attitude. With all these efforts, he charges nominally.

I am a 61-year-old woman. I am suffering from back pain and knee pain. Earlier I had 2-3 times physiotherapy in a hospital. That gave me some relief but the problem cropped up again. Recently I saw this clinic, near my home, and thought of trying here. Surprisingly the doctor himself attended on me. He patiently listened to me and saw my medical records. After that he suggested physiotherapy with manual stretching. Nobody suggested me manual stretching. This is the first time I am hearing about it. He started the treatment and the results started showing. This time it was a different experience and I had great relief. After the treatment was over the doctor asked me to do some exercises which I am doing it regularly. Apart from this, he treated me for my cervical spondylitis which also was effective. In all I am now feeling much much better. The doctor is very friendly and moves with the patient as a family man which is essential for any treatment. I would suggest this doctor, Dr. Mahesh, for any physiotherapy treatment. He is such a nice person.

I’ve been struggling with an hamstring and back injury for 2 years which was undiagnosed by various physiotherapists, Dr Mahesh found what the issue is and I am feeling a lot better now, when i used to find difficult to even sit without support, he was guiding me throughout the recovery process and made sure i was on the the right track.

I had a unique knee problem, kind of sports injury. After consulting few doctors the right diagnosis was not found n suffered with pain for 4 weeks. Finally met him and identified as Pes Anserine Bursa. I am happy with diagnosis so far and strongly recommend for healing any pain related problems. He uses multiple approaches to heal pain than many other Physiotherapist.

I was having this back pain more than 3 months, I went to various doctors and physiotherapist, one of the physiotherapist wrongly diagnosed my problem as tail bone issue and further my issue got aggregated , after meeting Dr mahesh he explained me what is my actual problem , he said it will be rectified in 15 days but it took almost 30- 45 days because of wrong diagnosis by other physiotherapist!! Now I’m regularly going to meet him for my rehab !!!!

Very good and friendly physiotherapist. Give a detailed explanation of the issue that I had and gave appropriate therapies. Also teaches exercises for muscle strengthening inorder for complete pain relief. Highly recommend him.

Hi, i had a mutliple tibia fracture diagnosed with placing plates and screw, my mobility, strength and functionality was severely affected, i couldn't able to do anything with out having pain even walking etc... My friend referred the physiotherapist, i am really thankful for that...his treatment guidance and explanation was excellent...you can see the results very soon and worth the time and money....i appreciate his work... hope this helps everyone
