Meeta Ma’am has been an absolutely amazing doctor and, without a doubt, one of the best decisions I made during my pregnancy journey.

From the very beginning, she was extremely clear about the challenges, what needed to be followed, and what we needed to be mindful of. Her guidance was always straightforward and practical — she never beat around the bush and always got straight to the point. We simply followed her advice, and my entire pregnancy journey was incredibly smooth.

What I especially appreciated was how proactive she was. She knew what nutrients and supplements I would need at different stages and guided me accordingly, which gave me a lot of confidence throughout the pregnancy. I truly believe that having the right gynaecologist can make the entire pregnancy experience so much easier, and Meeta Ma’am does exactly that.

My delivery experience was equally smooth. I had a C-section, but my recovery was remarkably good. I was able to walk normally by the second day, and my healing was much faster and easier than I had expected. One area where I feel the hospital can significantly improve is appointment scheduling and waiting time. Despite taking an appointment for a specific time slot, the scheduled time rarely worked in practice, and on several occasions we ended up waiting for almost the entire day to meet the doctor. This was particularly difficult during pregnancy, when prolonged waiting can be physically and mentally exhausting. I completely understand that medical emergencies and complicated cases can sometimes cause delays, but I feel the hospital could do much better with appointment management, communication about delays, and giving patients a more realistic expected waiting time.

Overall, I have immense respect and gratitude for Dr. Meeta and the care she provided. My feedback regarding the waiting time is specifically about the hospital’s appointment and patient-management system, which I hope can be improved for a better experience for patients and their families.

Like every other pregnant woman, I was sometimes frustrated with the long waiting hours. I questioned every test, every consultation, and wondered if some of it was more than necessary. But appointment after appointment, test after test, I slowly built my trust.

Mine was a high-risk pregnancy, with SCH and gestational diabetes. There were days when I would sit at home and wonder if my baby would make it through. The fear was very real.
