Took my brother to Dr Smita when his addiction got out of control. She used something called CBT and some motivational stuff that really got through to him. She’s so kind and spoke in English and Hindi which helped him open up. It was tough but she made him believe he could do it. Can’t thank her enough for what she’s done for my brother.
went to dr Smita at Sukoon for help with my anxiety and she was so warm and understanding. she really took the time to get to know me and made me feel safe to open up. Her sessions were super helpful and I liked how she explained things in a simple way, since I speak Kannada mostly. The staff at Sukoon were nice.
