Ms. Shruti Rajan Kappil

Ms. Shruti Rajan Kappil says, “my love for psychology began a decade ago, and I still strive to learn and understand more about the way our minds work. I completed my MSc from Christ University and MPhil in Clinical Psychology from Manipal University. I have been a licensed Clinical Psychologist since 2018.I identify my therapy style as a cognitively-oriented eclectic approach, drawing from traditional and third-wave therapies. I have additional training in evidence-based therapies such as CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Schema Focused Therapy, and Solution Focused therapy, among others. I believe in pursuing holistic and empowering growth in therapy and prefer the therapy process to be highly collaborative with the client.Over my practice, I have gained experience in working with all types of anxiety-related issues, emotion regulation and mood-related issues, and personality disorders. I try to tailor treatment plans to meet individual needs and I love to work with young and middle adults.”
