Ms Jacob is very friendly and helpful. My friend suggested counselling and I was not sure what to expect from a counseling session. Only video consultation was available and I was very nervous and anxious. Ms Jacob explained everything well and I felt very comfortable. It did not feel like a video consultation after a point. I wish she had a better schedule and availablilty. Highly recommend her.
Ms.Shoba is so cool and calm. She helps me with my anxiety problem. During our appointments, whenever I talk to Ms. Shoba about whatever i'm feeling, she gives her full attention and helps me with simple steps that I can do to calm me down. Thank you Ms. Shoba.

Shoba has been really helpful with certain issues that I have been facing lately, she guides me towards understanding all the chaos that's running on my mind and helps me find the solution on my own at my own pace. All ears when I just need to vent and is never pushing me to meet outcomes in a hurry. She's helped me redirect negative energy with activities that help calm me down when I've been utterly anxious, and is helping me to practice steps that have definitely reduced my level of anxiety.
